Japan Land holds a 20% stake in KHC Limited, one of the largest developers of landed residential houses with “design and build” concept in the Hyogo Prefecture, just next to Osaka, the second largest city in Japan. Currently with seven sales offices spread across the Hyogo Prefecture, KHC has a team of about 180 staff, including architects, engineers, interior designers and sales executives. KHC’s main clients are second-generation baby boomers, or Japanese in their 30’s with larger disposal incomes.
KHC serves clients by providing a one-stop service solution, from the design stage to architecture, and right through to aftercare services. KHC desires to create a rich residential environment with this unique concept.
