What is Japan Land’s core business? We are a specialist provider of real estate and related solutions and services in Asia. Through our subsidiaries and associated companies, we are engaged in the business of property development, project management and other management services in Japan, Singapore and Vietnam. We also have a 20% equity stake in one of the largest customised housing company based in Hyogo Prefecture in Japan.
In 2006, we entered the data centre market and are now involved in two data centre projects, one in Tokyo and the other in Singapore, providing project arrangement and management services to both data centres.
