Japan Land marked its entry into the data centre segment in 2006 with its first project in Tokyo. The high standard, state-of-the-art data centre is conveniently located and situated on a stable ground structure. At 19,136 sq m, the data centre one of the largest in Tokyo.
By combining the management’s experience and know-how as a real estate developer, network and resources of a data centre specialist, the data centre was completed in a relatively short period of 2.5 years from initial inception in June 2008.
Together with an experienced business partner, Japan Land through its subsidiaries is also involved in the operation and management of the facility.
