Non-executive Director
 Ms. Wu Wen-Hsiu Sandra joined Japan Land in December 2003 as a non-executive director. She is the co-founder of Japan Asia Holdings Limited. In addition, she is currently the President of Japan Asia Holdings (Japan) Limited and oversees the entire Japan operations of the Japan Asia Holdings Limited.
Ms. Wu has more than 10 years of experience in financial industries specialising in investment banking. She is the first woman to head a Tokyo Stock Exchange member firm and is a member of Institute for Strategic Leadership in Japan.
Ms. Wu graduated from the National Taiwan University with a major in China literature.
